PURPOSE: To accelerate a processing by sending the conditional judgement result of a boundary condition, etc., at each discrete point comprising a computation model to an array type parallel processor unit after encoding, and executing the analytic processing of a code with the array type parallel processor unit.

CONSTITUTION: The system is equipped with a control unit 2 connected via an interface 100 so as to be able to perform data communication with a host computer 1, and the array type parallel processor unit 3 connected via an interface 101 so as to be able to perform the data communication with the control unit 2. The array type parallel processor unit 3 couples plural processor elements 3a with each other so as to be able to perform data transfer in topology fashion. And the conditional judgement result at each discrete lattice point comprising the computation model is encoded, and is sent to the array type parallel processor unit 3, and the array type parallel processor unit 3 executes a dominant equation base don the code. Thereby, the processing can be accelerated without requiring a large scale discrete lattice generating system.
