Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation transfer device that is easy to carry, capable of simulating a large number of presses and equipped with a compactly structured supporting body.
SOLUTION: A simulation transfer device 1 holds a pair of pseudo feed bars 3 with a first supporting body 10A and a second supporting body, respectively. The supporting body 10A is provided with a holding plate 116 for placing the pseudo feed bars thereon, and is also equipped with a first, second and third driving sections 13, 15, 17. The first driving section 13 drives the pair of pseudo feed bars 3 in approaching/receding directions. The second driving section 15 moves the pseudo feed bars 3 along the transfer direction of the press. The third driving section 17 drives the pseudo feed bars 3 in the vertical direction. The first and the third driving sections 13, 17 are both driven by a first servo motor 137.
