Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003190645
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a simulator that enables a user to bodily sense the movement of virtual reality as if it is the real movement.

The bodily sensing simulator is equipped with a support frame, a disc plate installed thereon being spaced therefrom via a base plate, a lower plate rotatably connected with its upper portion and equipped with a rotational means, an upper plate spaced therefrom to be installed thereon, a number of actuators rotatably connected with the center of a peripheral edge and with a peripheral side being equipped with a piston and a drive means, a support plate rotatably equipped on the piston via a ball joint and a floating plate provided with a chair on the support plate penetrated by the piston for a man to sit thereon, whereas the velocity of free movements of the chair can be promptly and smoothly increased or decreased for enhancing the actual sensation and reducing the production cost by simplifying the structure of actuators.
