To simultaneously fit and remove a group of piping joints with different diameters by regulating a guide rod by the force applied to the guide rod from a receiving hole part to generate rotation and sliding motion.
When the tip part of a guide rod 10 enters a receiving hole part and drag acts upon the tip part peripheral surface of the guide rod 10 from the inner surface around the inlet of the receiving hole part, the guide rod 10 is oscillated around a root part, and the root part slides. The guide rod is therefore inclined so as to be conformed to the inclination of the receiving hole part (inclination generated because a moving unit is not correctly positioned and the relative position and parallelism of the moving unit and a fixing unit are out of a desirable state). The guide rod 10 can therefore be inserted into the interior of the receiving hole part, and the relative position relation between the moving unit and a coupler mounting plate 11a of the fixing unit is regulated into a correct opposed position.
