Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous multiple operation mechanism of a cutting tool of a CNC lathe in the present invention.SOLUTION: In a simultaneous multiple operation mechanism of a cutting tool of a CNC lathe of the present invention, a main body is provided with a main spindle set, at least one biaxial directional main spindle 2-tool post and a biaxial directional comb-teeth type blade tool post. The respective biaxial directional main spindle 2-tool posts have respectively a first cutting tool set and a second cutting tool set, and when the first cutting tool set rises, the second cutting tool set can simultaneously descend, and to the contrary, when the first cutting tool set descends, the second cutting tool set can simultaneously rise. A cutter fixing table is respectively provided on respective Y axis slide bases, and respectively selectively fixes the cutting tool. Thus,this mechanism can simultaneously proces by using a plurality of cutting tools, and cannot only largely increase the number of cutting tools but also can shorten a processing time and a cutting tool-replacing time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
