To provide a singing ability screening entry system constituted in such a manner that the number of entries can be narrowed down to the number of entries appropriate for a judge's screening and efficient screening can be carried out even if the number of entries increases or decreases beyond assumption or even if there is a fluctuation beyond assumption in the mean value of automatic grading, etc.

If the result of the automatic grading of a singing voice is within a prescribed rank or range according to the grading information of all the singers stored in a karaoke host device in the grading, the acceptance of an entry instruction is made possible. If the result is not within the rank or range, the acceptance of the entry instruction is made impossible.
