Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single cell for solid electrolyte fuel cells, a cell board and its manufacturing method, and the solid electrolyte fuel cell using this single cell, which has a small film resistance, can secure sufficient electrode reaction area, and is reliable for use which carries out frequent starting/stopping.
SOLUTION: The single cell for the solid electrolyte type fuel cells has an electrolyte layer 3, sandwiched with an upper electrode layer 4 and a lower electrode layer 5. A substrate 1, which has an opening part 8, and an insulated stress relieving layer 2 laminated on the upper surface of this substrate, are provided. The electrolyte layer 3 is laminated on the upper side of the insulated stress-relieving layer 2, so that the electrolyte layer 3 blocks the opening part 8, the upper electrode layer 4 is laminated on the upper surface of the electrolyte layer 3, and the lower electrode layer 5 is covered from the undersurface of the substrate 1 to the undersurface of the electrolyte layer 3 through the opening 8.
