PURPOSE: To make a bag while performing free size printing through a signal print drum, by leading a tube sheet from an untreated material between the print drum and a feed roll then sealing thermally through an intermittent sprocket wheel of one miniue pitch and an output shaft gear thereafter cutting to a proper dimension by means of a cutter.
CONSTITUTION: First, second and third frames 20, 21, 22 are fixed to a bag making machine body 30. A partially notched feed roll 6 and a pressure roll 2 and arranged axially on the first frame 20 while a print drum 3 fixed with a resin board 5 is arranged axially on the second frame 21 and a doctor cutter 10 is mounted on an unlock scroll 4 of an ink pad 9 fixed to the lower section of the print drum 3, and fly rolls 8, 8' are fixed to the third frame 22. A tube sheet 1 is an untreated material 38 is led through the fly rolls 8, 8' and an upper sealing position adjusting roll 11 between the print drum 3 and the feed roll 6 then sealed theramlly through an intermittent sprocket wheel 23 of one minute pitch and an output shaft gear 24 and cut to a proper dimension by means of a cutter 31.
