Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve high speed production of corrugated sheet and solve the problem such as poor pasting by improving gelation acceleration efficiency of paste.
CONSTITUTION: An endless belt 7 passing around a plurality of rolls 8a, 8b is provided adjacent to the downstream side of upper and lower corrugating rolls 1, 2 for forming a core sheet 3 into corrugated shape, and the delivered corrugated core sheet and a liner 5 which comes through another route and joins the core sheet are held between a part of the belt 7 and the corrugating rolls 1, 2 and rotationally transferred. By such arrangement a single facer is provided to effect pasting, wherein a heating means (steam is introduced to roll 8a) is provided to heat the endless belt.
