Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a single head multinozzle, excellent in granulating effects and capable of uniformizing the grain size distribution by installing plural liquid jetting grooves in a nozzle body and providing a core and orifices in the jetting holes.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle body 43 is equipped with plural liquid jetting grooves 45 in a tilted state relatively to the axial direction of the nozzle body and a core and orifices are provided in each jetting hole. Concentrated milk, etc., to which a swirling stream is applied with the core is jetted as misty drops from the respective orifices to produce gaps between the spraying zones.
