The sheet for packaging the absorbent article having at least an absorbent body having liquid retentivity, has a first fiber layer containing 30-70 mass% pulp fibers and 70-30 mass% chemical and synthetic fibers having an average fiber length of 20 mm, and subjected to high-pressure stream treatment, and a second fiber layer arranged so as to be layered on the first fiber layer, and containing 70-100 mass% pulp fibers.
