Abstract:
PURPOSE: To miniaturize an actuator by providing two stator parts that are connected via at least one non-magnetic spacer for demarcating an air gap where the magnetization part of a movable member is inserted and confining a magnetization circuit within the width of the two stators. CONSTITUTION: Each thickness of stator parts 11 and 12 is selected so that a section within a surface shown by a figure satisfies an expression. Sfer is the sectional area of the stator parts 11 and 12 that are measured within a radiation surface included in a region being scanned by a movable radiation surface defined by a radius that passes between two thin magnets and the rotary connection of a movable member 3. Sa is one surface area of 2N pairs of magnetic poles that are measured within a surface being vertical to magnetization. Bfer is a magnetic flux density within the stator and Ba is a magnetic flux density in the magnet expressed by Ba=Br×L/E. Br is a residual magnetic flux density of the magnet.
