Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten turning force of drainage falling from a drain vertical pipe and reduce the fluctuation of pipe internal pressure by forming a vacant space of a joint excluding projected area occupied by upper and lower blades in the horizontal cross section of the drain vertical pipe, into unfolded fan shape.
SOLUTION: The upper inner surface of a joint 20 is provided with an upper blade 24 serving for turning and guiding, and the lower inner surface is provided with a lower blade 25 for turning. These upper and lower blades 24, 25 are inclined in plane shape, and the lower blade 25 is disposed one-sidedly in the direction of turning flow imparted by the upper blade 24. A vacant space of the joint 20 excluding projected area occupied by the upper and lower blades 24, 25 in the horizontal cross section of an upper drain vertical pipe spreads out like an unfolded fan. Most of drain flow caught by the upper blade 24 can thereby be caught by the lower blade 25. As a result, the quantity of water flow with turning force imparted by the lower blade 25 is increased so as to form an air core in the drain vertical pipe, and the fluctuation of internal pressure of the drain vertical pipe is reduced by speed reducing effect.
