Abstract:
To provide a single room-type dwelling equipped with a loft, which secures a sleeping space for two persons while protecting their privacies if two residents dwell therein or a guest stays thereat.
According to the single room-type dwelling equipped with the loft, the interior space of the loft (60) has a sufficient depth in a longitudinal direction of the dwelling and a sufficient width in a lateral direction of the same, for two adults to sleep therein in the longitudinal direction. The loft includes a movable partition wall (62) which divides the interior space in the lateral direction of the dwelling, and an opening (61) which has a corridor (63) connected to stairs.
