Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single shaft crushing machine capable of carrying out a continuous crushing and certainly crushing even a light substance and a hard substance.
SOLUTION: This single shaft crushing machine comprises crushing rotor 3 formed by providing a plurality of V-shaped valley parts and mountain parts in parallel; an approximately square movable blade 4 fixed such that two sides are closely contacted with the valley part of this crushing rotor 3; and a fixed blade 5 closely contacted with the mountain part of the crushing rotor 3 and forming a V-shaped blade part generating a shearing force between the projected two sides of the movable blade 4. A front surface of the movable blade 4 is formed to a recessed surface and the movable blade 4 fixed to the valley part of the crushing rotor 3 becomes a helical shape or a V shape as a whole. A triangular plate-like vertical rib 9 introducing a substance to be crushed to the movable blade 4 is projectedly provided at a position at an upper part of the fixed blade 5 positioned at a lower part of an inclination surface at the inside of a hopper 2 at the fixed blade 5 side.
