The single sheet process photosensitive element formed by forming a photosensitive layer consisting of a photosensitive resin composition layer on a supporting film and laminating a protective film thereon to form a three-layered film structure, cutting this laminate to a square planar shape in correspondence to the dimensions of a wiring board and superposing 10 to 2,000 sheets of the cut films and the photosensitive element package formed by packing such single sheet process photosensitive element into a light shieldable container.
