A first electrode (2) is provided on a water spout of a faucet (1), a metallic sink (3) is turned to a second electrode, and at the time of making water flow from the water spout of the faucet, a voltage is applied to the first electrode and the sink as the second electrode, the water is electrolyzed and the sink is cleaned and sterilized.
