Abstract:
To provide a sintered bearing which is made of a plurality of different metallic materials and can be formed without bringing about failures such as deterioration in workability and decrease in strength.
Separated alloy powder 10 is used as sintering material thereby, the best use of characteristics of the different metallic materials (for example, SUS steel 11 and Cu 12) is permitted. Further, at least a part of boundaries among respective regions made of different metals is alloyed, therefore, binding strength among respective metals is enhanced and strength of the sintered bearing is enhanced.
