Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered ore cooler capable of preventing a crack from occurring even in a case where a support roller is worn, and capable of prolonging a service life of the support roller.SOLUTION: A sintered ore cooler 200 includes: a turn table 10 on which in order to cool sintered ore, an ore storage tank 11 storing sintered ore therein and a cooler body 12 are mounted, and which rotates horizontally; a rail 20 attached to a lower surface of the turn table 10, and extending in a circular manner; a plurality of support rollers 50 in which a wheel core 52 is formed on an outer peripheral side from an axle 51 and a rim 53 is formed into a circular shape on an outer peripheral side of the wheel core 52, and which supports the rail 20 mounted thereon; and a drive device 40 configured to rotate the support rollers 50, wherein a width of the rim 53 is equal to or less than a width of a tread of the rail 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
