Title:
SINTERING ALLOY MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10265887
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a sintering alloy material capable of securing solid lubrication high in reliability over a long period and improving load resistance by preparing a sintering alloy material having metallic phases formed by a specified ratio of copper and lubricating phases composed of a specified weight ratio of tungsten disulfide and tungsten fibers.

This sintering alloy material having metallic phases formed by, by weight, ≤20% copper and lubricating phases in which 40 to 60 tungsten disulfide is incorporated with 20 to 60% tungsten fibers is prepd. As for the tungsten fibers, the diameter is regulated to ≤0.01 mm and the length to ≤0.1 mm. In the case at least one kind among tin, silver and cobalt is incorporated thereto by ≤10% according to necessary, friction therein is promoted to prolong its service life, and furthermore, in the case at least one kind among lead oxide, molybdenum and chromium trioxide is incorporated therein by ≤10%, the improvement of specific abrasion loss can be attained.
