Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sintering device for the anode element of a solid electrolytic capacitor with the capacity capable of being expanded in accordnace with the production scale, without the production being decreased even in failure and excellent in maintainability.
CONSTITUTION: Plural sintering units, 1a,...1e contg. a heater, a heat shielding plate and a sintering dish holder and capable of dewaxing, sintering and cooling are set on the same circumference, and a charging and discharging unit 3 is provided for the units 1a,...1e. Consequently, the capacity is easily extended in accordance with the production scale, the production is hardly reduced even if one sintering unit breaks down, and maintainability is improved.
