Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering exhaust gas cooling method of a sintering exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus, the method that can prevent damage of an outer steel shell of a cooling tower of a sintering exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus.SOLUTION: When including a cooling tower 1 for cooling a sintering exhaust gas and a desulfurization tower 2 for desulfurizing a cooled sintering exhaust gas with the cooling tower 1, the pH in the cooling tower 1 is mitigated by using the desulfurization agent water solution used for desulfurization of the sintering exhaust gas as a coolant of the cooling tower 1 and cooling the sintering exhaust gas. Also, by detecting the pH of the coolant in the cooling tower 1, the amount of supply to the coolant of the desulfurization agent water solution is controlled so that the PH of the detected coolant becomes a preset predetermined range. Also, the supply passage of the desulfurization agent water solution to the cooling tower 1 is provided with at least one of a flow meter 15 and a pressure nanometer 16 to monitor clogging of the supply passage of the desulfurization agent water solution.
