Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering furnace and a sintering method capable of shortening a time for manufacture, while keeping the material characteristics of a component to be sintered.SOLUTION: The sintering furnace 1 comprises a heatable furnace chamber 2 for a component 9 to be sintered, and the furnace chamber has a wall section to be opened, for introducing the component to be sintered into the furnace chamber. For motorized opening and closing of the wall section, plural driving means and a controller for the driving means are provided, the controller having an operating element for the driving means. Furthermore, a heating device for the furnace chamber is provided, and the controller causes the heat-up of the furnace chamber. The actuation of the operating element triggers the loading sequence of the controller, and the driving means is automatically actuated by means of the controller in accordance with the loading sequence. The invention further relates to a method for operating a sintering furnace and to a computer program therefor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
