Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering furnace which enables increase of the cooling rate.SOLUTION: A sintering furnace 1 includes: a chamber 2; a heater 8 provided in the chamber 2; and an inner box 10 which is provided so as to face the heater 8. The chamber 2 includes: a heating area A1 in which the heater 8 is installed; and a cooling area A2 located adjacent to the heating area A1 and in which the heater 8 does not exist. The inner box 10 includes a workpiece loading part 16 disposed in the inner box 10 and to which a workpiece W is loaded. The sintering furnace 1 includes a moving device 30 which moves at least the workpiece loading part 16 from the heating area A1 to the cooling area A2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
