PURPOSE: To provide a method for sintering a ringlike component and a sintering jig used for the method in which a component passage weight per unit time can be largely increased and productivity can be remarkably improved.
CONSTITUTION: A method for sintering a ringlike component comprises the steps of substantially horizontally disposing an axis of the component 3, supporting an upper part of the component 3 at a plurality of points (a round rod material 14) in a suspended state, and passing it through a sintering furnace. A sintering jig for the component 3 has a plurality of supports (the material 14) of a state in which the component 3 is suspended to support an upper part of the component 3 disposed at its axis substantially horizontally. The supports are two, symmetrically disposed at both sides at a vertical line as a center, and a disposing interval of the supports is preferably at a central angel of 40-140° at the axis of the component 3 as a center.
