Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve air blasting efficiency by making thickness of each vane plate of a sirocco fan taper toward the end of an outlet.
CONSTITUTION: A main plate 8 is formed, following a boss part 7, and vane plates 21 are arranged at an fixed interval in the circumferential direction of the main plate 8. Both side faces 21d and 21e of each vane plate 21 are formed in the form of circular arc for varying positions 22 and 23 of radius center each other, and thickness of the vane plate 21 is tapered toward an outlet end 21b thereof. Accordingly, air blasting efficiency is improved without increasing pressure loss so much even if a vane angle is enlarged because of an aim at torque type.
