Abstract:
To easily construct a foundation pile even in a narrow site without using a large-sized pile driver having a long leader, with reduced noise and vibration, and enable on-site construction of a foundation pile having a required diameter; and to provide a foundation pile which has high pull out strength or has high quality.SOLUTION: An on-site construction method for a foundation pile uses a launcher which connects a vertical type propulsion machine and a subsequent steel pipe to a foundation pile installation scheduled ground surface and starts the machine and steel pipe in a vertical direction and allows the machine and steel pipe to be recovered to the ground. The method feeds excavated waste soil taken in from a hydraulic jack device and an excavator to the ground with a soil discharge pipe, kneads the sent excavated waste soil with a solidification material, pressure-feeds the kneaded material as a solidified body into a pipe of the soil discharge pipe and fills a drilled hole with the solidification material, and lifts the material to the ground side while stirring the material with a cutter part of the excavator, and recovers the material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
