The site factory facility 1 comprises a material yard 3 for stocking reinforcing bars 2, 2, etc., a manufacturing yard 4 for manufacturing a PC floor board by using the bars 2, 2, etc., supplied from the yard 3, and a stock unit 8 for stocking the manufactured PC floor board. Both the yard 4 and the unit 8 are each formed of a facility equipment mounted at a transportable frame 12 or a support frame 25. Further, a conveyor 11, a working base 16, first and second roller conveyors 6, 7 capable of transporting a material and the board are provided between the yard 3 and the yard 4 and between the yard 4 and the unit 8.
