In a sitting delivery bed comprising a backboard 9, a buttocks rest 7, a leg rest 5, a driving means for all the portions and a foundation 10 and in a use mode in which a pregnant women sits, placing her buttocks on the buttocks rest 7 and leans against the backboard 9, the leg rest 5 is biaxially driven by a leg rest driving means having a horizontal rotating shaft 14 and a vertical bending shaft 15 so that the femurs of the pregnant woman may execute a bending and stretching motion, abduction and adduction motion and internal rotation and external motion relative to the buttocks on the buttocks rest 7, and by detachably providing a stretcher 1 forming a plane continuing to the buttocks rest 7 to the buttocks rest 7, the range of raising and lowering and passage of the leg rest 7 in the stretcher 1 can be opened and closed.
