In the skeleton of the rigid-framed structure including a lower-story beam 2, an upper-story beam 3 and a column 1 arranged between the lower-story beam 2 and the upper-story beam 3, the lower-story beam 2 is joined to the column 1 while the upper-story beam 3 is joined to the column 1 respectively by the intermediary of joint metal pieces 4 arranged at the joints. The joint metal pieces 4 are arranged on both end sides of the column 1 in the longitudinal direction between the lower-story beam 2 and the upper-story beam 3. The joint metal pieces 4 and the column 1 are rigidly joined to each other. The joint metal pieces 4 are joined to the lower-story beam 2 and to the upper-story beam 3, respectively, by means of pin joint. The skeleton resists the external force applied to the same by being plastically deformed while maintaining the elasticity of the column 1, the lower-story beam 2 and the upper-story beam 3.
