To provide a skeleton structure of a vehicular seat furnished with a tilting function to favorably achieve tilting and height adjustment of the vehicular seat and retreating the whole seat while absorbing rear collision impact without changing height of a headrest as much as possible in cooperation with this tiling function.
A seat part front fulcrum 1a fixed on a seat part frame 1 in working to carry out impact absorption and a base front part fulcrum 3a fixed on a base frame 3 are connected to each other free to revolve through the other ends of front link plates 5A, 5B connected to each other free to revolve around a middle fulcrum 5a, a seat rear fulcrum 1b fixed on the seat part frame 1 in working to carry out impact absorption and a base rear fulcrum 3b fixed on the base frame 3 are connected to each other free to revolve by a connecting link plate 7, and the seat part rear fulcrum 1b and a fulcrum 3c for rear collision impact absorption of the base frame 3 are connected to each other by a rear collision impact absorption unit 8.
