Abstract:
PURPOSE: To execute redial function without separate provision of a redial key by using the same key for a dial command means and a redial command means.
CONSTITUTION: A portable telephone set has a storage means 22 consisting of a ROM and a RAM or the like and storing a telephone number or the like of an opposite party finally making a speech. In the portable telephone set as above, when the speech is interrupted after making speech and further speech is desired, a dial/redial key 4 of the portable telephone set is depressed. Through the operation above, a telephone number of the opposite party making a speech finally is displayed on a display section 8. In the case of redialing the opposite party of the displayed telephone number, the dial/redial key 4 is depressed again. Redialing is made to the opposite party of the telephone number displayed on the display section 8 through the operation above. When the phone call is set up, a speech with the opposite party making a speech finally is conducted again.
