A ski boot provided with an outer shell and an inner boot attached inside the outer shell includes an intermediate member interposed between the inner bottom surface of the outer shell and the inner boot, and a projection material extending in the longitudinal direction of the ski boot and projecting from a surface of the intermediate member opposed to the inner bottom surface of the outer shell toward the inner bottom surface. An insole member for use in the ski boot is also provided.
