To provide ski crampons that reduce side-slip or backward-slip in ice climbing or the like.

The ski crampons 2 includes: an attachment plate 4; first and second side-slip preventing blades 5, 6 extending from lateral ends of the attachment plate 4 toward a rear surface 4a and also extending in the longitudinal direction; and a backward-slip preventing blade 7 extending from the first side-slip preventing blade 5 toward the second side-slip preventing blade 6. A gap 27 for inserting a ski plate is formed between the backward-slip preventing blade 7 and the attachment plate 4, and a gap 28 for a ski plate insertion guide is formed between the backward-slip preventing blade 7 and the second side-slip preventing blade 6. When the ski crampon 2 is mounted on the ski plate 40 by inserting the ski plate 40 to the gap 27, the first and second side-slip preventing blades 5, 6 are positioned to protrude downward from the sides of the lateral edges of the ski plate 40 and extend in the longitudinal direction, and the backward-slip preventing blade 7 is positioned to extend in a direction orthogonal to a sliding direction below the sole of the ski plate 40.
