A ski plate 1 is manufactured by prepreg laminating work to pressurize and adhere it through a molding metal mold after a sliding face material 2, a steel edge, an under surface reinforcing member 3, a central core material 4, an upper surface reinforcing material 5, upper surface prepreg and a surface sheet 6 are layered from below. In this case, a front part of a metallic plate-like fitting part 8 is inserted into the rear end side of the central core material 4. This plate-like fitting part 8 is projected to a thickness directional intermediate part of the ski plate 1 in a thickness not more than 1/2 of a thickess of the ski plate 1, and a recessed fitting part of a tail protector 9 is fitted to this fitting part 8. This tail protector 9 is formed so that its under surface becomes the same plane as a sliding face of a sliding face agent 2.
