PURPOSE: To rapidly and easily change over the binding of the ski shoes to a locked state, partly relieved state and released state.

CONSTITUTION: The locking lever 6 of the binding 4 of the ski shoes is detained and held to the partly released position which is the middle of the laid down lock position and the raised release position by a position regulating body 9, by which the rapid and easy selective use of the ski shoes to the lock state at the time of gliding, the partly relieved state convenient for walking and resting and the release state to permit putting in and out of the feet simply by the operation of the lock lever 6 is enabled.
