Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a harmonized line for reaching a ski far away without flexion influenced badly by a force generating from a binding, at the same time to provide a ski structure to guarantee an accurate and undelayed transmission of controlling force upon the ski.
CONSTITUTION: In the ski, particularly a downhill ski equipped with a binding installation plate guided by a guiding means in the length direction of the ski, kept on the main body of the ski by leaving at least a space partially from the main body of the ski and connected to the main body, the binding installation plate 2 is firmly connected to the ski main body 1 between both ends. The plate 2 is movably guided at both ends, each of both ends provides a guide means 5 guiding the binding installation plate in the parallel plane at a right angle for the surface of the ski main body 1 in the longitudinal direction of the ski, and the guide means is made to prevent the binding installation plate 2 from twisting around in the longitudinal direction of the ski.
