CONSTITUTION: When a power source of a control panel 25 is turned ON from outside, an ON signal is transmitted to a hydraulic pump 11 to operate the hydraulic pump 11. Here, a signal is sent to a solenoid valve 12 from the control panel 25 to feed a pressure oil to an upper chamber of a hydraulic cylinder 17 so that a pressurizing device 7 comprising a water cooling tube 8 and an attachment 9 provided on the hydraulic cylinder 17 is lowered to pressurize a sample A. When a set pressure is reached, a high pressure side switch of a pressure switch 16 with a pressure adjusting contact is turned ON through a monometer 15 to send an OFF signal to the solenoid valve 12 through the control panel 25 while an ON signal is sent to a timer capable of varying a time setting set in the control panel 25 to count a set pressurizing time.
