Abstract:
To provide a skid pipe of heating furnace and a method for installing the same in which a crack is hardly caused on a refractory and even if a certain crack has been caused, repair work necessary for the crack is limited to a restricted range, its repairing work is easily carried out and its expenditure is less.
There is provided a skid pipe of material transportation arranged in a heating furnace, wherein a refractory material 7 is arranged at an outer circumferential surface of a skid pipe main body 6 while being reinforced with a reinforcing material 8 and some small clearances S are formed in a predetermined interval by a small clearance forming member 11 in a lengthwise direction of the refractory material.
