To provide a skid preventing sheet for rotation supporting surface in a disk-like storage medium having highly precision capable of restraining the rise of a manufacturing cost and improving durability.
A skid preventing sheet 10 for rotation supporting surface in a disk-like storage medium 2 is interposed between the disk-like storage medium 2 such as a CD, a CD-ROM, a DVD and a MD and a disk supporting surface 5 of a rotation driving shaft 4 which is provided in a reading device main body 3 and rotationally drives these disk-like storage media 2. A round hole-like opening, into which a positioning shaft part 5a protruded from the nearly central part of the disk supporting surface 5 is inserted, is formed in the skid preventing sheet 10 and constituted into a nearly annular shape viewing from the top side. A urethane rubber layer 11 which abuts on a back surface side peripheral edge part 2b of a shaft hole 2a is provided in the sheet body of the skid preventing sheet 10. A PET layer 12 which is lined as a reinforcing layer is provided on the urethane rubber layer 11 via an adhesive layer composed of an adhesive.
