To provide a skimming-preventing woven fabric which can easily prevent the unlawful reading of magnetic recorded information recorded in a magnetic card with an outer skimming device, is lightweight, has good drapability, and has easy designability.

This skimming-preventing woven fabric is characterized in that the woven fabric comprises woven warps A1 and woven wefts A2; several yarns among the warps A1 and the wefts A2 are information-recorded yarns whose information can magnetically be read out; and the information recorded in the information-recorded yarns act on a skimming device to prevent the reading, when the information of a recording medium such as a magnetic card is read with an outer skimming device.
