PURPOSE: To obtain a skin aging preventing cosmetic having excellent feeling in use and inhibitory action on skin aging, containing an acetic ester of fatty acid glyceride having a chain length of carbons in odd numbers.

CONSTITUTION: A skin aging preventing cosmetic applicable to cream, toilet lotion, pack, foundation, lipstick, cheek rouge, eye liner, mascara, eye shadow, eyebrow, nail lacquer, remover thereof or face powder, containing an acetic ester of fatty acid glyceride having a chain length of carbons in odd numbers such as monoglycerides shown by formula IWformula V (R is straight-chain organic group having a chain length of carbons in even numbers) or diglycerides shown by formula VI and formula VII (R1 and R2 are chain organic groups and at least one of R1 and R2 is straight chain organic group having a chain length of carbons in even numbers). The amount of the ester added is 0.1W60wt.%, preferably 1.0W30.0wt.%.
