To provide a skin bleaching composition which includes, as the effective component, a nanoliposome involving a horse oil and a horse placenta extract and is high in stability, safeness and skin bleaching activity; and to provide a method for producing a water-soluble nanoliposome involving the horse oil and the horse placenta extract.
The skin bleaching composition includes, as the effective component, the nanoliposome involving the horse oil and the horse placenta extract of a Cheju horse. The method for producing the water-soluble nanoliposome involving the horse oil and the horse placenta extract includes the following stages: a stage for dissolving the horse placenta extract into a hydrophilic solvent; a stage for adding a cluster dextrin to the prepared solution and heating it to 50-60°C; a stage for cooling the heated solution to 0-4°C; a stage for gradually adding the horse oil and an emulsifier to the solution under agitation; and a stage for forming the water-soluble nanoliposome by adding an amino acid and by stirring while maintaining a temperature of 0-4°C.
