Abstract:
To provide a skin care cosmetic that can more effectively manifest refrigerant feeling by including 0.1-3.0 mass % of menthol derivative and silicone oil and can increase the durability of the refrigerant feeling by formulating a water-insoluble and spherical particle powder.
The objective skin care cosmetic characteristically comprises one or two or more kinds selected from menthol derivatives and one or two or more kinds of silicone oil in an amount of 0.1-3.0 mass % and water-insoluble spherical powder particles of 1-100 μm particle sizes.
