To provide a skin care preparation that has more improved skin-lightening effect when a skin care preparation mixed with a skin-lightening agent is applied to the skin since it is an important problem that enhancement of the effect of the skin-lightening agent of a skin care preparation mixed with the skin-lightening agent in the industry, especially it is a very important that enhancement of the skin-lightening effect exhibited by a main agent of the skin-lightening agent of quasi-medicines, very few in number, approved in the Health, Labor and Welfare Ministry.

The skin care preparation comprises a liposome containing a skin-lightening agent and a liposome containing N-acetyltyrosine, glutathione and glabridin. The liposome is preferably prepared by using a phospholipid having a high phosphatidylcholine content as a constituent component. The skin care preparation exhibits excellent skin-lightening effects such as lightening of the skin and the increase in transparency of the skin.
