To solve the problems wherein a mixing ratio of a conventional skin cleaner to water regulated so that a solid product may not be formed in a container and debris-like matter may be formed when being rubbed on the surface of the skin is hardly regulated, and the skin cleaner can not be used in a bath when the skin is wet because a type of the skin cleaner solidified by being coated on the skin and rubbed lightly, and removed with the soil and old horny substance present on the skin comprises a cationic surfactant and a polymer solidified by being reacted therewith.

The skin cleaner is used for removing the soil and the horny substance getting old by being changed to the eraser debris-like matter by being coated and rubbed on the skin and being removed with the soil and the horny substance. The skin cleaner contains water, at least a polymer having a reactive group reactive with a cation, a cationic surfactant and an ampholytic surfactant.
