To provide a skin cleanser composition that stably blends with water-soluble components effective for the sterilization or improvement and prevention of rough skin, is easy to wash out, and gives an excellent feel of moisture retention after cleansing.
The skin cleanser composition includes (component A) a component such as a quaternary ammonium salt-type sterilizer, (component B) a nonionic surfactant with an HLB value of 5-8, (component C) a nonionic surfactant with an HLB value of 10-16, (component D1) a liquid paraffin with a dynamic viscosity of 3.4-14.8 mm2/s at 40°C, (component D2) a liquid paraffin with a dynamic viscosity of 23.4-70 mm2/s at 40°C, and (component E) water. The content of the component E in the skin cleanser composition is 0.1-3 mass%. The summation of the contents of component D1 and component D2 in the skin cleanser composition (D1+D2) is 70-90 mass%. The formula 0.5≤D1/(D1+D2)≤0.9 is satisfied.
