Abstract:
To provide a skin cosmetic which has an improved skin barrier function and a high moisture-retaining effect.
This skin cosmetic is characterized by containing (A) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of allantoin, allantoin derivatives and their salts and (B) one compound selected from the group consisting of pantetheine-S-sulfonic acid and its salts. Thereby, the skin cosmetic having the remarkably improved skin barrier function, the remarkably improved moisture-retaining effect and an excellent skin-beautifying effect can be provided.
