The skin cosmetic further contains hydrogenated lecithin. The skin cosmetic furthermore contains phenyl trimethicone (methylphenylpolysiloxane) and trimethylglycine. In particular, the skin cosmetic contains a highly polymerized chain dimethylpolysiloxane having a polymerization degree of 2,300 and/or a viscosity of 1,000,000 centistokes at 25°C.
