Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which allows for acquisition of an image virtually reproducing the appearance of a tested skin in the actual environment.SOLUTION: A skin evaluation method using an image obtained by imaging a tested skin, lighted by a lighting device capable of adjusting the lighting conditions, using an imaging device includes a step for setting the lighting conditions in the combination of the lighting conditions corresponding to the actual environment for evaluating the tested skin and the camera parameters in the lighting device, and setting the camera parameters in that combination in the imaging device, and a step for capturing an image representing the appearance of a tested skin to be evaluated in the actual environment, by making the imaging device image the tested skin lighted by a lighting device at the set lighting conditions, with set camera parameters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
